Hello and welcome to Jacob Rose Recruitment which is an owner managed recruitment business supplying permanent and contract staff across a range of sectors.

We are an approved member of The Team Network the UK’s largest network of independent recruiters.

Capitalising on 20 years’ experience Elle Howard offers a first class highly personal service to her clients and candidates. You will work with me personally, so you know I will not introduce you to candidates or potential employers that I have not taken the time to get to know first. Being an independent agency, we don’t have the same pressure as national agencies to meet sales and marketing targets, instead we place the upmost importance to place the best people with the right clients.

The Jacob Rose Recruitment Process:

The process then begins of identifying suitable candidates from our candidate pool and advertising your role on a variety of platforms and mediums to reach the best candidates on the market. We screen responses and invite selected candidates for interviews as well as carry out compliance due diligence including right to work checks.

We submit our shortlist of recommended candidates to you with all the relevant information as requested enabling you to make the right decision. We then arrange for you to conduct interviews with recommended candidates to validate their experience, skills and ‘fit’ for your business.

Placement aftercare is extremely important and in week one we liaise with both you and the candidate to ensure smooth onboarding and then carry out another review several weeks into the placement. We will also follow up regularly by telephone/email with both you and the candidate.

The Jacob Rose Recruitment Process:

You discuss your permanent vacancy in detail, and we gain a full understanding of the office environment, your team, culture and aspirations of your business. Together we agree the candidate profile required including skills, core capabilities and competencies as well as placement timelines.

When it gets to the offer stage, we manage the whole process for you from start to finish. Once the offer has been accepted by your chosen candidate, we share their personal contact details with you so that you can facilitate the offer letter and employment contract.
